You have no choices. Whatever choices the player thinks they have is an illusion. Choices will have a small knock on affect later in the game but this seems to be a linear narrative. Dependant on some of your choices, where you go and how quickly you progress through the game the player can miss scenes where Elizabeth is being very interactive with the environment or you miss a piece of dialogue which further explains part of the story. The developers were aware that some players would see it but some would miss it and they believe that is part of the experience.
